Let’s review how to download and log into the StriveHub mobile app to access the home exercise plan created by your therapist. For video instructions, please see: Mobile App Overview.

Tip: Use the links in your Welcome Email (seen below)to open and download the mobile app from Google Play or the App Store.

Android

  1. Locate and open the Play Store.
  2. Search for StriveHub.
                                                    
  3. Click on the StriveHub app made by Strive Labs, Inc.
  4. Select Install. 
                                                             
  5. Once downloaded, select Open. 
                                

iOS

  1. Locate and open the App Store.
  2. Select Search from the bottom menu bar.             
  3. In the App Store search bar, type in StriveHub.    
  4. Click Search on the keyboard.                               
  5. Locate the StriveHub app and click Get. 
                  
  6. Once downloaded, select Open.
